Recipes for low-calorie psyllium buns, juicy chicken cutlets with zucchini and coleslaw. You can make a burger or cook it as a meal on its own! At the end of the video is a recipe for fiber buns in the microwave.

Psyllium buns, KBZHU per 100 g 126.6/10/7.9/2.3
Ingredients:
2 eggs
40 g psyllium
A pinch of salt
100 ml water at room temperature
Sesame

Chicken cutlets with zucchini, KBZHU for 100 g 115/22/2/3
Ingredients:
Chicken breast – 250 – 300 g
Zucchini (if young, with skin) – 150 g
Salt pepper

Cabbage salad Cole slaw, KBJU per 100 g 56/2/2.5/6.4
Ingredients:
Cabbage cold or cold – 400-500 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onion (optional) – 1 pc.
Refueling:
Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp.
Mustard – 1 tsp.
Salt – ½ tsp.
Ground black pepper

Fiber bread, KBZHU per 100 g 168.4/14.9/9.3/5.2
Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 g soft cottage cheese (in a jar)
½ tsp. soda
A pinch of salt
4 tbsp. any fiber
