Italian carrot cakes Camille. Carrots and orange
Italian Camille are carrot cakes made with almond flour, grated carrots with a rich orange flavor. Very good Camille, soft and fluffy on the bite, with a moist and velvety texture.
Ingredients:
✔ 4 carrots
✔ 1 orange
✔ 1/3 cup (80 g) vegetable oil
✔ 1/2 cup (120 g) orange juice
✔ 1/3 cup (60 g) brown (or white) sugar
✔ 1 cup (120 g) almond flour
✔ 2 eggs
✔ orange extract
✔ 2 tsp baking powder
✔ pinch of salt
✔ 1 cup (120 g) rice flour. Or all-purpose flour
Bake the buns in the oven for 22 minutes at 175°C (350°F)
