You can freeze and defrost potato zrazy prepared according to this recipe as needed in the microwave.
My grandmother's zrazy recipe ingredients:

Onions 1 pc
salt, hot pepper
flour 3 tablespoons
egg 1 pc
vegetable oil 40 ml
butter 30 g
