Ingredients:
2 eggs
vegetable oil 80 gr
Boiled condensed milk 380 g
flour 180 g
baking powder 1 tsp.
250 g pear
walnuts 50 gm
Camembert or Dorbleu cheese 50 g
aniseed 2-3 florets
dry ginger 1 tsp.
pinch of salt
Bake for 30 minutes + 10 minutes under foil
at 180 °C
mould 20 cm x 20 cm
