Slow Cooker Diabetic Grits Recipe
1 cup almond flour
1 cup water
2 pkg cauliflower rice
½ cup Fairlife milk or Heavy Whipping Cream
4 ounces of cream cheese
1-2 cup shredded cheese

Combine almond flour, water, cauliflower rice, and milk in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Serve.
