EGG MUFFIN VARIETIES
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen broccoli, or 1 cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup shredded cheddar
Preheat oven to 375
Combine ingredients.
Spray muffin tin with non stick.
Pour mixture into tins.
Cook 15-20min.
EGG WRAP
Place any of the egg muffins on the Mission Carb Balance Wrap.
