Kevin Gould's parents share memories about their son who was victim to fatal auto collision
A 39-year old driver is charged with Intoxication Manslaughter in a crash that killed a bicyclist in Silsbee, according to information the Silsbee Police Department provided to KFDM/Fox 4 News.
A judge set bond at $500,000 for Kendrick Sapp. He was arrested Saturday and taken to jail.
Silsbee Police Chief Shawn Blackwell identifies the victim as Kevin Gould, 53, of Silsbee.
Police say Gould was riding his bicycle on FM 418 in Silsbee at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday when police say Sapp, driving west in a 2015 Jeep Renegade, struck him in the 15000 block of FM 418 . Gould died at the scene.
