Ingredients :

7 nos (500 gms) Chicken Wings (whole chicken wings)

Cutting of the Wings (shown in the video)

Marination :

½ tsp Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
1 tsp heaped Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
¼ tsp Mixed Herbs
½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice


For Pan Fry :

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (or as per your taste)


Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
