Squid 65 is a mouthwatering dish that showcases tender squid rings coated in a medley of aromatic spices. After marinating the squid, it's fried to a crisp perfection. The final touch involves a delightful tempering made from crispy fried curry leaves and slit green chilies, which is generously poured over the golden-fried squid rings. This South Indian-inspired delicacy offers a perfect balance of flavors and textures, with the crispy squid complemented by the fragrant tempering, making it a delectable treat for seafood lovers. To recreate this delectable Squid 65 at home, gather the following ingredients

Ingredients :

150 gms Squid Rings (weight is after cleaning)

Marination :

½ tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi powder)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhaniya powder)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp (heaped) Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
Salt as per taste
1 sprig Curry Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Rice Flour
4 to 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for frying)

For Tempering :

3 to 4 nos Green Chillies (slit into half)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
