Ingredients:
250g salmon, cut in cubes
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish spoon
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce [unsweetened]
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Chili up to you
100ml water
1 cup fresh holy basil for stir frying
1/2 cup fresh holy basil for deep frying
2-3 tablespoons oil for stir frying
some oil for deep frying
Tips:
1) Use high heat for stir fry
2) Add some water if stir fry gets too dry
3) Add holy basil leaves and sliced chili just before finishing stir fry
4) Stir fry quickly and evenly to keep leaves green
