No equipment needed for this 15-minute workouts (plus a short warm up and cool down).

I hope you will join me for a gentle and effective low-impact cardio workout that is safe for your pelvic floor. I have created this workout so it is safe and low impact for pregnant mamas looking to stay fit, strong and active.

This workout is designed to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles while getting your heart rate up with these pelvic floor-friendly exercises. Only 17 minutes long, these exercises and cardio routine will help you to stay healthy and active during pregnancy.

Every exercise is 40 seconds with a short 10 second rest in between. At the end of each circuit is a short water break, but please have water throughout when you need it.
