With Patch 7.1, a change was made to the default options on UI Scaling. To fix this, go to The Game Menu / System / Advanced, then at the bottom of the options menu, check the box to the left of the slider under "UI Scale," and move the scale to the left. This will make your UI features smaller so you can see more of your gameplay.
