World of Warcraft Defending Broken Isles Legion Quest Guide / Introduction to Legion Assaults
This quest became available on 4/4/2017 and is the the second week of the Legionfall campaign content being released. This is the only part of the Legionfall campaign being released this week. You will need to complete a Legion Assault in order to complete this quest. Legion Assaults can be seen on the Broken Isles map, and more details can be gained by opening the zone map of the map in which the assault is taking place. These assaults last 6 hours. When active, special world quests will appear in the zone undergoing an assault. As you enter this zone, a quest will become available on your quest tracker. Accept this quest and follow the quest line (I will have guides for these as they become available) until you reach the final scenario for any of the zones in which an assault can happen. Each zone will have a unique quest line and scenario. Regardless of which one you complete, you will receive progress for the "Defending Broken Isles" quest when you turn in the final quest associated with any of these quest lines. These scenarios are treated as dailies, so it is clear that you will be able to do the scenarios more than once. To see which zones are susceptible to Legion Assaults, check the Legion Quest achievement Defender of the Broken Isles. Return to Cordana Shadowsong when you have received progress for this quest by completing any of the scenario quest lines. This quest is part of the Legionfall campaign and earns progress towards the Breaching the Tomb achievement.
