World of Warcraft The Broken Shore Mage Tower in a Nutshell Complete Guide
The Mage Tower has received enough Legionfall War Supplies to finish its construction! First, complete the quest "The Mage Tower" from Commander Chambers, then head to the north and right-click the floating scroll Complete Construction to cause the Mage Tower to appear. Turn in this quest to Commander Chambers once complete, as he will now offer the repeatable quest "Boon of the Mage Tower," which earns you the buff known as Knowledgeable that grants you a chance to obtain an additional Artifact Power item when you loot an Artifact Power item in a dungeon or raid. You will also now have access to a series of portals inside of the Mage Tower that will teleport you to the zones of the Broken Shore (except the Eye of Azshara, for now, anyway). You will also be able to speak with War Councilor Victoria to accept a quest that will take you to an extremely difficulty solo challenge that will unlock a new artifact appearance. Your first visit to this scenario will be free, but subsequent visits will cost you 100 Nethershards each. When defeated within this scenario, you will be teleported back to Deliverance Point in the Broken Shore and must re-enter the scenario. Due to this cost, it may be a good idea to do some preparation before you attempt this challenge. Finally, the Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches found around the Broken Shore have been replaced by Veiled Wyrmtongue Chests, which drop better (and more) loot now.
