TEXT:
Let's take a look at liquify effect first. I multiplied text a few times and merged all the layers for a more interesting effect. Go to filter, liquify and drag the brush over your text however you want to get this liquid effect. Glitch effect is next - first, make two copies of your text, so you need three text layers in total. Don't touch the above copy and focus on the bottom two copies. Double click on the middle layer and unselect R which stands for red under the channel section, and click okay. Then, do the same for the bottom copy, but this time, unselect G and B which stands for green and blue and keep red selected. Now with the right layer selected, move the red copy a little to the left, and the blue copy to the right. When this is done, select all three copies, right-click, and select rasterize type. Right-click again and merge layers. Now use the selection tool to move parts of the text a bit left and right to finish our glitch effect. Finally, corner effect.  Hold down control on your keyboard and click on your text layer to add it to the selection, now, copy the selected stuff. Then, remove selection and hide your text layer. Create a color fill layer with the color of your background and with it selected, go to filter, vanishing point and click okay on this warning if it pops up. Now draw your wall corner using this tool, to look something like this. When you have that ready, paste the copied text using control+v as usual and drag it to the corner. My text is a little to big so I scaled it using control+t and dragging the edge. When you're satisfied, click ok. If you want, use the selection tool to fade away one side of the corner a bit, to get a stronger depth effect.
