How to harvest shallots
It couldn't be much easier!
Harvesting shallots is super easy. They'll be ready in about 6-8 months, and you can just yank handfuls out of the ground.
They're great because you can cook with the greens like you would a green onions or the bulbs like you would like garlic or onion.
