Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the bottom cover
2. Unscrew the bottom cover
3. Unplug the HR sensor from the board
4. Unplug all of the ribbons connected to the mainboard
5. Pull out the mainboard and the battery
6. Remove the battery from the housing
7. Put in the new battery
8. Put the unit back together
9. Get back to staying active;)
