Steps to fix your device.
1. Use some isopropyl alcohol on the end of a q tip to pry between the screen and housing all the way around the watch.
2. Lift the screen and carefully remove the ribbon cable from its connector.
3. Remove the other ribbon connectors on the main board.
4. Remove the two T5 screws that hold the motherboard and battery in place.
5. Carefully lift up the motherboard and battery and remove them from the housing.
6. Make sure that the contacts on your new housing are clean by using some isopropyl alcohol on a q tip.
7. Clean the rim of the housing and the edge of the screen to remove any old adhesive.
8. Install the battery and motherboard into the new housing and secure it in place with the two T5 screws and ribbons.
9. Put a thin constant line of cold press glue around the lip of the housing. You don't need much.
10. Attach the screen ribbon to it's connector
11. Place the screen onto the housing and press it firmly in place. Clean off any excess glue with a q tip soaked in isopropyl alcohol.
12. Set something heavy on the watch, wrap it in a rubber band, or put it in a light duty clamp for 24 hours to let the glue cure, then get back to tracking your activities!
