For 1 Sunday Pot Roast (about 4 servings) you need:
▢ 1 kg roast beef
▢ Mustard
▢ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
▢ 150 g celeriac
▢ 2 carrots
▢ 1 tablespoon tomato paste
▢ 250 ml red wine
▢ 1-2 tsp sugar
▢ 2 shallots
▢ 2 cloves of garlic
▢ 2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
▢ 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
▢ fresh herbs of choice (for example, bay leaf, rosemary and/or thyme)
▢ 500 ml beef broth
▢ salt and pepper
