The BEST German bread you will ever bake...
This homemade bread is so incredibly good that I just have to share the recipe with you. It is quite easy and uncomplicated to make and is GUARANTEED to succeed!
For 1 loaf of bread you need the following ingredients:
▢ 350 g wheat flour
▢ 150 g rye flour
▢ 240 g warm water
▢ 10 g fresh yeast
▢ 100 g yoghurt
▢ 1 tsp honey
▢ 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
▢ 1 tsp bread spice
▢ 2 tsp salt
I also use a cast iron pot from Staub (you can find it here https://amzn.to/4cAx8aw), which I always like to use to bake my bread. Alternatively, you can also bake it in another pot that can withstand temperatures of 250 degrees Celsius in the oven. Or you can simply bake it on a pizza stone or a baking tray with baking paper.
