Crockpot Creamy Tomato Basil Chicken | My FAVORITE crockpot meal
This is my new favorite crockpot meal...and that is saying alot because you all know I love a good crockpot recipe. I hope you will try this and let me know what you think!
Here is the recipe:
Crockpot Creamy Tomato Basil Chicken
1.5-2 lbs chicken breast
14 oz can diced tomatoes with italian herbs
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
Mixed together:
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cornstarch
Mix all ingredients except chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve over pasta with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
