GOOD FORM MEANS:
-You're balancing on your toes and the edge of a 45 lbs weight plate positioned above (in front of) your head
-Your knees are fully extended, hips slightly bent but with your butt no higher than your shoulders
-Each rep goes from full elbow extension, to forehead barely touching the plate (not resting on it) with elbows bent to more than 90 degrees, then back to full extension

This exercise is MUCH more difficult than it looks, and is EXTREMELY effective!
Balancing your body on the edge of a circular plate forces all of the stabilizing muscles from your hands to your toes to work incredibly hard, while the angle places the weight of your entire upper body directly on your triceps, and your core is also firing like mad to maintain the extended plank-like position.
