The first bagel sandwich is the bagel shop’s beyond meat bagel sando with tofu cream cheese. We then purchased a-La carte bagels 🙃 to make more sandos at home. ♥️

Easy recipe for homemade bagel sando 👇

1 bagel of choice
1/4 cup hummus of choice to spread on the bagel
Ripe avocado
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Lentils or vegan / veggie patty or choice.
Top with marinara sauce and vegan cheese of choice, if desired. Don’t be afraid to pop it in the oven for a little to make sure things are nice and melty! Enjoy! ♥️
