This at-home TABATA workout consists of ground-based exercises, so you won't stand up to perform any movements. However, don't be mistaken - it's challenging. You'll sweat profusely, and your core muscles will ache. These bodyweight exercises will really engage your abs. It's a dynamic 15-minute high-intensity workout that can be done anywhere, anytime. The fantastic thing about these HIIT-style workouts is the afterburn effect - your increased heart rate will continue to help you burn calories post-workout.

TABATA workout comprises 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. In this TABATA workout, we will use three exercises to create a circuit, giving us 12 minutes of intense HIIT cardio fun! You don't need any equipment to do this workout. All you need is a little space. You can do it in your living room, bedroom, at the park, or even outside in your backyard. The exercises we will be doing are bodyweight exercises.
