Why only one side of earphone works with your Samsung phone but works both side on other phone | Fix
If only one side of your phone works in your Samsung phone but both sides work with other phone then what you do is go to "settings" here. Scroll down. Go to this option "Accessibility". Go to this option "Hearing Enhancement" and if you see there is an option here "Mono Audio". If it is enabled like this one then what happens is the audio will be switched from stereo to Mono for listening with one ear. So only one side of the earphone will work. So what you do is disable this option so that you can hear from both the earphones.
