If the camera is missing from the home screen and the apps screen in your Samsung device then what you do is go to settings here. Go down to this option Home screen. Scroll down and there is an option here Hide Apps on home and apps screen. Open it and from here if you see there is camera application selected. So remove this tick mark and then Done. Once you do it the camera application should be available in the apps screen. If I scroll I can see the camera app
