Now suppose if I want to share this document which is present in the gallery of my Samsung device then I will tap on this share icon here and then you will see some of the applications here with which I can share this document. Now if you want to pin more applications here to share documents then what you can do is tap on this more option here. Tap on this edit icon here and select those applications which you want to pin for example Botim and WhatsApp. After that Done. Now suppose if I want to share this document again I will tap on this share icon and now you can see there are more applications which are pinned in this bar so that I can share this document.
