If someone calls you but instead of ringing if the call is going straight to the voicemail then let us see how to fix the issue. The first thing you have to check is make sure that you have proper network connection in your phone. If there is issue in the network connection then the call might go to the voicemail. Also what you do is, make sure that this Do Not Disturb mode is disabled. If it is enabled like this one then the call instead of ringing goes to the voice mail. Also from here make sure that this Flight mode or Airplane mode, it is disabled. Now the other thing after this one is, tap on this phone icon here. Go to more option here. Go to "settings". Go to this option here "Supplementary services" and here I here two SIM. So, for each SIM check if there is any call forwarding. Now here in call forwarding, check if there is a number where you have forwarded the call. For me I don't have any number here. I have disabled it. But if you have enabled the call forwarding in a particular number, then make sure that the number is on or else if you don't need then you disable this call forwarding option. Also the other thing is go to this phone icon here. Go to More option here. settings. Go to "Block numbers" and if you have enabled this option "Block calls from Unknown numbers" then if there are calls from the numbers which are not saved in the contact list then those calls might go to the voice mail. So, disable this option Block calls from unknown numbers. Now if none of these fixes the issue the other thing that you can do is, you can go to "settings" here. Then you will go to this option "General Management". Then here you will go to "Reset" and select this option "Reset all settings" and you have to again select this option "Reset settings" and you have to enter the PIN code that you use to unlock your phone. Now when you reset this settings what happens is the password of the WiFi will be removed. If you have made any customization then those also will be removed. So, you have to know this before you reset your phone. Now even by doing this also if the call still goes to the voice mail then the last thing that you can do is, go to "settings" and then you have to go to this option "General management" again. Go to "Reset" again and here there is an option "Factory Data Reset". Select it and then here it will show you what happens if you do Factory Data Reset. What happens is all the applications that you have downloaded and all the accounts that you have used in your phon, it will be removed. So, if you are okay with that, select "Reset" and once you select Reset your phone will go back to the Factory state and then you can check if the call will now come to your phone or not. This Factory data reset is the last option.
