This killer leg day targets the lower body to build strength by doing the triset method to workout and sculpt your legs in only 30 mins! It is W8D3 of the BSC!

We are really going to stimulate our lean muscle growth and burn some fat now and later with this tri-set workout! Workouts like this are perfect for strengthening and toning our muscles and getting our heart rate up to shred fat. Seriously, your legs and booty are going to be on fire with this workout! We are going back to back with 3 different exercises all targeting the legs, glutes, then calves!

Structure:
45 seconds on with 30 seconds rest between each set.
There are 3 groups. Each group is done 3 times before moving to the next.
Drop the weight anytime you need to- but try to keep going until we break.

Warm Up
1. Quad Stretch
2. Lateral Lunge
3. Deadlift
4. Lateral Squat Walks
5. Squat
6. Glute Bridge
7. Sumo Squat
8. Reverse Lunge

Tri-set
1a. High Hold Dumbbell Squat
1b. Single-Leg Squat
1c. Gliding Lateral Lunge
Repeat 2 more times

2a. Glute Bridge Sequence (Single, Regular, Sumo)
2b. Reverse Lunge Single Leg Deadlift
2c. Squat Sequence (Narrow, Regular, Sumo)
Repeat 2 more times

3a.Double Foot Calf Raise
3b. Alternating Single Foot Calf Raise
3c. Calf Raise Walks
Repeat 2 more times.

Cool Down
1. Quad Hold, R
2. Other Side
3. Quad Stretch, R
4. Other Side
5. Standing Hamstring Stretch
6. Downward Dog
7. Pigeon Stretch, R
8. Modified Pigeon Stretch, R
