Restart your iPhone
Check the Internet connect
1. The first basic thing that you have to check is the internet connection in your device.
2. The easiest way to check is by opening a site or a YouTube video.
3. If it opens then the Internet is working fine or if it does not open then there is a problem with the Internet connection.
4. If there is a problem with WiFi then restart the router after switching it for few seconds.
5. If you are using cellular data then make sure that your data is not finished.
6. Check if the apple server is down in your country.
7. Sometimes the apple server might be down in your country due to which you can’t connect to the app store.
8. Open the site apple.com/support/systemstatus.
9. Then tap on the “+” icon.
10. You need to make sure that the App store is available. If it is unavailable then you can’t use app store until it is fixed.
Check the date and time
1. Make sure to have the correct date and time and region set in your iPhone.
2. If not go to “Settings”.
3. Scroll down and go to “General”.
4. Select “Date & Time”.
5. Enable “Set Automatically” option so that your device will automatically set the time according to the SIM card installed.
Update your software
1. Sometimes there might be a problem in the software due to which the app store might not be connecting.
2. So, update if you have a newer version available.

Clear the App store cache
1. For that one you can tap on any of the button here for 10 times and the app store cache files will be cleared.
Sign out and sign into the app store
1. Now in iOS 14 if you want to sign out of the app store then tap on the “App store” icon.
2. Tap on this icon.
3. Scroll down and then tap on “sign out”.
4. Now again to sign in tap on the same icon.
5. Then enter your Apple id.
6. Enter the password.
7. Select “Sign in”.
