Ignore the Narcissist Games and don't engage with the narcissist. They use the silent treatment to bait you and increase their narcissistic supply. Staying strong during the silent treatment can be hard. You want to discuss your concerns, talk with each other, and have things be good again. However, the narcissist in your life is more focused on maintaining the narcissistic abuse and emotional abuse they are adept at inflicting.
