How To Hide Rows In Excel
Hiding rows in excel is essential for presentation and also for securing sensitive data. There are several ways to do it, and in this tutorial, you’ll learn five ways to hide rows in Microsoft Excel. Follow the chapters to watch different parts of the video showing different techniques.

The techniques are explained below. If you follow any of this technique, you’ll be able to hide any row you want. Also, if you hide a row, data from that row won’t be printed. So, if you have specific data you want to keep on your worksheet but don’t want to be printed, hiding that row is your best bet. Let me know your favorite way to hide rows through comment section.
Select the entire row by clicking on the row number. Right-click and then select "Hide Rows" from the context menu.
Select a cell from the row you need to hide or you can select the entire row by clicking on the row number. Now go to "Format" from the "Home" tab, then from the Hide & Unhide Section, select "Hide Rows".
Select a cell from the row. Press the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + 9. Remember, you can’t press 9 from the numeric keypad.
Select a cell and press Alt + H + O + U + R.
You can even hide a column by changing the row height to zero. You can do that by dragging using the mouse.
