Hello Everyone, Today we are making a sardine fish (Salayo) curry recipe.
Ingredients - Sardine fish 500g (සාලයා මාළු 500g)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
2-3 Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-3)
1-2 Onions (ළුණු ගෙඩි 1-2 පමණ)
6 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් හයක් )
2 Garcinia (ගොරකා කැබලි 2ක් )
Cinnamon (කුරුඳු කැබැල්ලක්)
Cuming 1tsp (සූදුරු තේ හැන්දක්)
Fenugreek 1tbs (උළුහාල් තේ හැන්දක්)
Mustard Seed 1tbs (අබ තේ හැන්දක්)
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp (ගම්මිරිස් තේ හැන්දි 2ක්)
Chili Powder 2tbs (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දි 2)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Coconut Milk 2cup (පොල් කිරි කෝප්ප දෙකක්)
