Hello Everyone, Today we are making Curry Chicken Recipe.
Ingredients - Chicken 1kg (කුකුල් මස් 1kg)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-4)
1-2 Onions (ළුණු ගෙඩි 1-2 පමණ)
6 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් හයක් )
Ginger (ඉඟුරු කැබැල්ලක්)
Fenugreek 1tbs (උළුහාල් මේස හැන්දක්)
Cardamom (එනසාල් / කරඳමුංගු ස්වල්පයක්)
Cloves (කරාබු නැටි ස්වල්පයක්)
Chilli powder (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැඳි 2ක්)
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp (ගම්මිරිස් තේ හැන්දක්)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Roasted Curry Powder 1tbs ( කළු පහේ මේස හැන්දක්)
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Water 1cups (වතුර කෝප්ප)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Tamarind Paste (සියඹලා වතුරේ දිය කරලා)
