In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to create a template in HubSpot.
In HubSpot, you can save repetitive email content in the form of an email template and you can also personalize and tailor the content to your recipients.
Let’s see how you can do this.
Steps to follow
Step 1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Conversations.
Step 2. Then select Templates.
Step 3. Click New template, then select From scratch.
Step 4. Enter a name and subject for your template.
Step 5. You can choose whether to make the template private or to share it with everyone or with specific users and teams.
Step 6. To add the template to a folder, click the Select a folder dropdown menu.
Step 7. Enter the body of your email.
Step 8. Use the formatting options at the bottom of the editing window to modify the text.
Step 9. To edit the font style and size, or edit the text alignment, click the More dropdown menu.
Step 10. To add hyperlinked text, click the link icon link.
Step 11. To insert an image, click the image icon and insert an image from the files.
Step 12. You can change the size of the image and can also add links to the image for redirection.
Step 13. To include personalization tokens in your email template, click the Personalization dropdown menu.
Step 14. To insert a snippet, sales document, meeting link, or video, click the Insert dropdown menu.
Step 15. You will also get some suggestions from hubspot while you create the template.
Step 16. When you've finished creating your template, click Save template.
Step 17. And you are done
