In this video, we'll show you how to create and customize 'Ticket' lists in HubSpot so you never miss a beat.

1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. On the left panel, click on the CRM option and then click on Lists.
3. On the top right, click on “Create list.”
4. On the left panel, scroll down and click on “Ticket-Based.”
5. Name your list, add a description, assign an owner, and choose whether you want an active or static list.
6. Click on the “Add filter” option to populate the list, and click on the “Save List” option on the top right.
