How to add and remove users in your HubSpot
Having trouble keeping your team organized in HubSpot?
Making sure every team member has the right access is crucial to smooth operations and protecting sensitive information.
In this video, we'll walk you through how to quickly add and remove users from your HubSpot account.
To Create Users:
1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. Click the gear icon at the top of the page.
3. In the left-hand panel, select Users & Teams.
4. Click Create User.
5. Enter the email address of the new user and assign their seat.
6. Tailor their access permissions by selecting how to set the access option.
7. Review your settings and click Create User.
To Import Users:
1. On the Users and Teams page, select Import Users.
2. Upload the import file.
3. Map the fields to HubSpot properties, assign seats, and adjust access levels.
4. Complete the process by clicking Finish Import.
To Delete/Remove Users:
1. Find the user on the Users and Teams page.
2. Click the Actions dropdown next to their name and select Deactivate User.
3. Confirm by clicking Deactivate User again in the pop-up window.
