1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. Go to Settings in the top navigation bar.
3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects and then Deals.
4. Click on the Pipelines tab.
5. Select the pipeline to which you want to add “approvals” from the "Select a pipeline" dropdown menu.
6. Click on the Pipeline Rules tab at the bottom.
7. Toggle the switch on for "Add approval process for deals."
8. Move the “Pending Approval” stage in the pipeline where you want the approval stage to occur.
9. Click Next at the bottom right, then add the users who can approve and a note.
10. Click on Next again, review the approval process, and click on Save.
