GRAN TURISMO 7 VR made me BELIEVE in VR SIM RACING! // PSVR2 Gameplay
Gran Turismo 7 VR on PSVR 2 has completely sold me on the idea of VR sim racing, I have been converted and I now completely understand why VR sim racing is as popular as it is! When it comes to gaming I've never been a fan of the racing genre BUT Gran Turismo 7 VR paired with the Logitech G29 wheel, pedals and shifter combo PLUS the PSVR2 headset is a completely eye opening experience; I've found a new addiction and it's one of the best VR games I've played in terms of visuals, sheer wealth of content and accessibility. I'm sure Gran Turismo 7 VR isn't the most hardcore VR sim racing experience out there (I really need to go in search of the BEST VR racing games / VR racing sims now) but for a newcomer like me it's accessible enough to dive right in and compete on a fairly level playing field. The entire game is playable in VR, from multiplayer to the showcase areas, license challenges to the full suite of races and tracks, Gran Turismo 7 is the complete package and it's eye watering gorgeous inside the PSVR 2 headset. Whether you love racing games or not all PSVR 2 owners owe it to themselves to try this one out, it's an incredible showcase for the headset and hopefully we see more new VR racing games / flat games with VR modes on PS5 going forward because this is surely the best way to experience ANYTHING in the racing genre...
