Crispy Baked DORITOS Chicken #shorts
INGREDIENTS:
1 large boneless chicken breast filet in 2 pieces
1 to 1 1/2 cups crushed Doritos - any flavor
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Egg Wash:
2-3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
*Whisk until blended
Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 20-25 minutes depending on size of
breast filets. Internal temp should be 165-175F.
