Still need to get a better routine in place between the job, the kids and taking care of things around the house.
I am actually surprised that I hit these numbers after Covid, down to barely 2-3 sessions a week and, of course, a tummy bug from the local play center right after Covid. Anyway still got it done.

6x1x140kg 3 second pause comp bench
4x6x130kg Sumo deadlift
Skipped accessory because I almost puked after the third set of squats.
