Sprint Session - Sony FX30 with SIRUI 75mm F1.8 Anamorphic Lens
I tried filming one of our typical sprint sessions with my Sony FX30 camera with the SIRUI 75mm F1.8 APS-C Anamorphic Lens. I am so accustomed to the fabulous autofocus qualities of the Sony cameras and compatible AF lenses that having to rely on my own manual focus skills with this lens proved to be a challenge.
I'll keep working on it but I certainly like the look of the lens coupled with the FX30 using PP11 (S-Cinetone). I shot at all of these runs at 4k 60fps, although I commonly use the 4k 120fps setting for most sporting movements. I'll try to post more clips as I go along.
