200 gr. cottage cheese 9 %
1 egg yolk
2.5 tbsp sugar
200 gr. strawberries
Sprinkle (pastry crumbs):
2.5 tbsp wheat flour
2.5 tbsp sugar
30 gr. butter, soft
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg and 1/2 tbsp milk for greasing buns
Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 374 F for 25 minutes. The baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of Your oven.
