World of Warcraft Singed Plea First Aid Legion Quest Guide
You may receive a Singed Plea from random enemies in Suramar once you have reached a First Aid skill of 730. You will need 3 Field Packs, which can be purchased from Angelique Butler in the First to Your Aid First Aid shop in Dalaran, as well as 9 Silvery Salves for this quest. Silvery Salves can be crafted through First Aid once you reach a skill level of 730 and require Silver Mackerels (which can be fished up anywhere in the Broken Isles or purchased on the Auction House); you'll need 45 Silver Mackerels for this quest. Once you have acquired these items, head to the exterior of the shield surrounding Suramar City on the western side of the city. You will find 3 Felsoul Hold Escapees that you must cure close to one another. Right-click each of the three Felsoul Hold Escapees and select the dialog option to cure them of their burns, then a quest pop-up will appear on your quest tracker to turn in this quest. This quest is required for the Is There a Medic in the Zone? First Aid Legion achievement.
