✅ Marinade for cucumbers (vinegar in the jar!):
boiling water - 1 liter = 5 cups*
salt - 25 g = 1 tbsp.
sugar - 36 g = 2 tbsp.
✅ Ingredients for a 1-liter jar:
cucumbers – 500-530 g = 10-12 pcs.
sweet pepper – 1/3 pcs. = one third of a pepper
dill umbrella – 1 pc.
bay leaf – 1 pc.
black peppercorns – 4 pcs.
allspice – 2 pcs.
garlic – 1-2 cloves
70% vinegar – 0.5 tsp. or 9% - 25 ml,
marinade – 500 ml = 2.5 cups*
✅ Ingredients for a 2-liter jar:
all ingredients 👆 above (for a 1-liter jar) multiplied by 2
✅ Ingredients for a 1.5-liter jar:
cucumbers – 800 g = 15-18 pcs.
sweet pepper – 0.5 pcs.
dill umbrella – 1.5 pcs.
bay leaf – 2 pcs.
black peppercorns – 5 pcs.
allspice – 2-3 pcs.
garlic – 2-3 cloves
70% vinegar – 1 tsp. or 9% - 50 ml,
marinade – 700 ml = 3.5 cups*
✅ Ingredients for a 3-liter jar:
all ingredients 👆 above (for a 1.5-liter jar) multiplied by 2
