200 gr. butter
50 gr sugar
8 gr. vanilla sugar
200 gr. cottage cheese
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
250 gr premium wheat flour

+ sugar and powdered sugar for sprinkling
+ cherries for bagels (or other filling)
