Locomotor movements can help improve our physical fitness, cognitive development, and function (including coordination and balance). They are fundamental to human development. For those of us that can, they are a huge part of our daily lives (including sports). 📈

Locomotor movements are those that move us from one place to another, such as walking, marching, running, jumping, hopping, and skipping. Here are a few demonstrations. 👀

On the Primal Flow Instructor Course we explore the many ways of moving on 2 feet (bipedal) and quadruped, and how to include them in a workout using the Primal Flow Model. ✅
