I’m finally able to announce the relaunch of the Primal Flow Instructor Course and we’re starting in Leeds on 28/29th September.
And there is a one off discount to jump on this weekend - only 10 spaces up for grabs.
After 8 years it’s back. With new and updated content, including the Primal Flow Model itself I’m looking forward to seeing you (our new Instructors) bring the unique training system to life once again.
With an extensive delve into movement (joint action, non-locomotor and locomotor) it is thorough in its exploration – we’ll be getting very practical for the full 2 days that we run it.
All this will be enhanced by your existing knowledge of periodisation, programming and some basic anatomy (all of which is recapped on the 2 day course) to help bring the unique training system to life to use with your clients. In the same way that each Personal Trainer is different, so is each Primal Flow Instructor.
With 12 years of experience as an Advanced Primal Flow Instructor (let's say all round movement enthusiast!) injected into the content it is now on fire! I’m excited!!
This is your invitation to come explore and get excited about all things movement and to use that to create workouts for your audience, using just their body. The structure of the course and of Primal Flow can also be a really useful tool to educate and explore movement with your clients, perhaps even before introducing them to a full Primal Flow workout.
