Work alongside Kim in the comfort of your own environment and prepare yourself for a great run with this dynamic, multidirectional Primal Flow warm-up. At the end of the video there are a couple of movement alterations for sets 4 and 5 if you struggle with moving backward - check them out first so you know how to adapt when you get there!.

5 sets (30-60 seconds rest)
1. Squats (20 seconds)
2. Clock Jumps – 12, 3, 6, 9 (30 seconds)
3. Clock Hops – 12, 3, 6, 9 (40 seconds)
4. Bounding (50 seconds)
5. Ice Skaters (60 seconds)
