In the second session on working in the asynchronous online environment, we’ll consider the elements needed to run a successful online task and how working online can cater to different ways of learning. We’ll look in more depth at the skills needed to run an online course - from enticing people who observe but don’t participate through to how to give feedback and deal with contributions. Finally we’ll look at how best to deal with typical problem scenarios and decide how to run specific tasks.
